Meet Sally

"HELLO HELLO HELLO!!!
IF YOU CAN SPEAK, YOU CAN SING!!!" Sally Stevens, Principal Teacher at Singing Alive BA: Performance: University Of Western Sydney The McDonald College of Performing Arts Why Singing? I am extremely passionate about teaching Singing. I see it as my role to focus a student's creativity and play to their strengths bringing out the best in their vocal ability. The voice is invariably linked with ones identity, especially for young people where identity plays such a pivotal role during their formative years. I LOVE the enthusiasm and to some degree the 'angst' that young people posses and I believe that through singing they are able to channel many frustrations and emotions. I believe we are all vocal instruments and it is my job to enable the creativity of aspiring young musicians through a holistic approach to performance, recording, songwriting and arranging.
